Hard Management training is tailored to your specific requirements. To reiterate, our aim is to help your firm to achieve sustainable success.

Accelerated Learning

In our training courses we use many of the principles of accelerated learning. Learning is fast, fun, natural and effective and is more readily transferred into the workplace.

Evaluation

All of our training courses are thoroughly evaluated so that we can measure their effectiveness. This is not simply a matter of ticking a "Happy Sheet"; we work with our clients to identify the key learning points and how we will recognise success. Evaluation can take many forms, from post-course questionnaires to practical tests and online feedback.

Integration

Throughout our website, we have tried to emphasise the "inter-connectedness" of our approach. In a marketing context, there are naturally links to strategy as there is so much overlap between the two areas. There are also strong links with finance and in particular the valuation of intangibles such as brand and relationships, not to mention the creation of forecast models.
