Hard Management was founded in 1998; a new company but with a great deal of experience.

The principal consultants in the firm are Paul Taylor and Colin Fenn. We have known each other on a professional and personal basis for 20 years.

We also have a network of associate consultants with expertise in related fields. In some ways, Hard Management resembles what Alvin Toffler called a “shifting constellation”. In other words, a network of experts with a common mindset who work together but also gain experience working with other groups.
